Swedish Apple Pie
Ingredients:4-6 apples1 T. Sugar1 T. Cinnamon3/4 c. Melted butter1 c. Sugar1 c. Flour1 Egg1/2 c. Chopped nuts (optional)Pinch SaltSprinkle Vanilla
Directions: Core and slice apples. Fill 9" or 10" pie plate 2/3 full of apples. Sprinkle with tablespoon each of sugar and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
