| Pork Chops with Apple Chutney |

| Ingredients: |
| 4-6 | Pork chops, approx. 2 lbs |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Pepper |
| 1/3 cup | Packed brown sugar |
| 2 Tbsps | Cider vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | Ground ginger |
| Pinch - 1/4 tsp | Cayenne pepper, adjust to taste |
| 1/4 cup | Dried cranberries or golden raisins |
| 2 cups | Peeled and chopped apples |
| Directions: |

| 1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. |
| 2. Combine brown sugar through cranberries in a bowl and pour over pork. Put apples on top. |
| 3. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours. |
