Pork Chops with Apple Chutney |

Pork chops, approx. 2 lbs |
1/4 tsp |
Salt |
1/4 tsp |
Pepper |
1/3 cup |
Packed brown sugar |
2 Tbsps |
Cider vinegar |
1 tsp |
Cinnamon |
1 tsp |
Ground ginger |
Pinch - 1/4 tsp |
Cayenne pepper, adjust to taste |
1/4 cup |
Dried cranberries or golden raisins |
2 cups |
Peeled and chopped apples |
Directions: |
1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. |
2. Combine brown sugar through cranberries in a bowl and pour over pork. Put apples on top. |
3. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours. |
